When it comes in handy

For example, it's handy for decorating a blog title with ★ or ♥, or using circled numbers ①②③ and the © copyright mark in documents.

Symbols that are hard to type — math signs (≤, ∞, √) or currency marks (€, ¥, ₩) — are one search away.

Will it paste everywhere

These are standard Unicode characters, so they show up correctly in most messengers, documents, and social apps. Very old programs may render some of them as boxes.
