Open the document, click 'Print · Save as PDF', and in the print dialog choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination. The shortcut is Cmd+P on Mac and Ctrl+P on Windows.

What may look a little different
Most documents display with their headings, tables, and lists intact, but very complex layouts, special fonts, or some advanced formatting can look slightly different from Word. It works well for reading, editing text, and sharing as a PDF.
