Join several PDFs into one file. Drag files to set the order, and pick only the pages you need from each file. Merging runs inside your browser, so contracts and supporting documents never leave your device.
How to use it
- 1Select or drop the PDFs you want to combine (two or more).
- 2Drag files in the list to set the order. To include only some pages of a file, open its page picker and check the pages.
- 3Click Merge and download the combined PDF.
When it comes in handy
Use it to send a contract together with its separately received attachments and annexes as one PDF. Government offices and schools often require a single file for submissions.
It is the same routine for stitching scanner output that was saved page by page, or for combining a cover, body, and appendix that were produced as separate files.
Pick only the pages you need from each file
After you add a PDF, page thumbnails appear. If one file should go in whole while another should contribute only pages 1, 3, and 5, open that file's page picker and check just those pages. Files without a selection are included in full.
That means you don't have to remove pages in another tool first. If you want finer reordering or rotation afterwards, continue with the Organize Pages tool.
Size and file count
There is no limit on the number of files. Processing happens in browser memory, though, so merging many scanned PDFs of several hundred megabytes each can slow down or fail depending on your device. In that case, merge a few at a time and then merge the results.
Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first with the Unlock tool.

Are files uploaded to a server?+
No. Merging happens inside your browser, so documents never leave your device. Sensitive files like contracts are safe to use.
Is there a limit on file count or size?+
No count limit. Since it uses browser memory, merging many very large files may slow down on some devices; merge in smaller groups if that happens.
Can I change the order?+
Yes. Drag files in the list and they are joined in that order.
Can I include only some pages of a file?+
Yes. Open the file's page picker and check the pages to include. Files without a selection go in whole.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?+
Unlock them first with the Unlock tool, then merge. To protect the result again, use the Protect tool.
Will text search and copy still work after merging?+
Yes. Pages are joined as they are rather than converted to images, so text, links, and bookmarks are preserved.
