How to use it
- 1Select or drop the PDF. All pages appear as thumbnails.
- 2Delete pages you don't need (restore if you change your mind), reorder with the arrows, and rotate sideways pages 90° at a time.
- 3Click Save and download the organized PDF.
When it comes in handy
When one file needs several fixes at once: blank pages from a duplex scan, pages shuffled during a rushed scan, and landscape sheets lying on their side.
It also suits restructuring a document before submission, such as removing draft pages or moving an appendix forward.
How each action works
Deleted pages are greyed out and come back with another click, so mistakes are harmless until you save. Reordering moves a page one step at a time with its arrows. Rotation is per page, in 90° steps, and only changes the orientation flag, so quality is untouched.
Documents with many pages take a moment to render thumbnails.
How it differs from similar tools
To pull out a range, Extract Pages is faster; to rotate everything by one angle, PDF Rotate is faster. Inserting pages from another document is the job of PDF Insert. This tool is best when you need to delete, move, and rotate within one document together.
