Turn sideways or upside-down PDF pages by 90°, 180°, or 270° clockwise. Rotate the whole file or only pages like '1-3,5'. Only the page's orientation flag changes, so there is no quality loss, and everything runs inside your browser.
How to use it

When it comes in handy
A scanner that laid a few landscape sheets on their side, or a phone capture that came in upside down. The Rotate command in many PDF viewers only affects the current view and is not saved; this tool changes the file itself, so it opens the right way up everywhere.
The same trick makes a report with a few landscape tables easier to print.
If pages need different angles
One angle is applied per run. If page 3 needs 90° and page 7 needs 180°, rotate page 3 first, download the result, upload it again, and rotate page 7. Rotating twice costs no quality.
To rotate pages one by one while looking at them, and reorder at the same time, the Organize Pages tool is more convenient.
Why quality is unchanged
Every PDF page carries a rotation attribute that tells viewers how to display it. This tool only changes that value; text and image data are untouched. Search and copy keep working and the file size barely moves.
