Getting the region right
With a preset chosen, the ratio stays locked while you move and resize, so the output never drifts off spec. For moving subjects, scrub through a few points in the video to make sure they stay inside the region before cropping.
Typing numbers into the position and size fields gives pixel-exact placement, and the result preview shows it immediately.
Quality and time
Cropping re-encodes the video, so there is a very slight quality change, and it takes time in proportion to length and resolution. Because it runs in the browser, a few minutes of high-resolution footage can take several minutes depending on your device.
