Read everything hidden in a photo — EXIF fields like artist, copyright, camera model, lens, date taken, and GPS location, plus XMP, IPTC (keywords, caption, credit), and comments. Type 'artist' in the search box and it jumps right to it. Remove it with no quality loss if you want. Everything is processed inside your browser with no server.

When it comes in handy
For example, it helps when you need to strip the GPS location that reveals your home before posting a photo on a marketplace app.
It is also handy for hiding details like when and on what phone a photo was taken.
Removed with no quality loss
For JPEG and PNG it removes only the metadata and doesn't re-compress the photo, so quality stays intact. JPEGs with rotation info and WebP files are re-saved with the rotation applied, so quality may change very slightly. The original is left as-is and a new image is created.

Frequently asked questions
Are files uploaded to a server?+
No. It runs inside your browser, so the image never leaves your device.
Does it show the artist name and copyright?+
Yes. The EXIF Artist and Copyright fields are shown, along with the creator, credit, keywords, and caption stored in XMP and IPTC. An empty field shows as '—' so you can tell it exists.
Does it remove GPS location too?+
Yes. It can remove EXIF metadata including the capture location (GPS).
Does it lower quality?+
For JPEG and PNG, no — only the metadata is removed and the photo isn't re-compressed. JPEGs with rotation info and WebP are re-saved, so quality may change very slightly; the tool tells you beforehand.
