When reporting a bug
Including the following helps us find the cause much faster: which tool you used, your browser and device (for example Chrome on iPhone), the file type and rough size, and at which step what message appeared.
Please don't attach the file itself. This service is built on not receiving files on a server, and for the same reason we don't open files sent by email. If a reproduction sample without personal data is needed, we'll ask first.
How we reply
Messages are handled in the order received. For bug reports we confirm reproduction and share the fix plan; for feature suggestions we send at least a short note on the outcome. If the answer is already in the guides or a tool page's FAQ, we may point you there.
Advertising and partnerships
For ad placement, tool integration, or content collaboration, send your company name and proposal to the same address. Proposals that involve using visitors' files or personal data are declined as a matter of principle.
Privacy requests (access, deletion, and so on) follow the procedure in the Privacy Policy and are accepted at the same address. Terms of use are in the Terms of Service.
